Dads Need Help
12 Jan
Let’s face it…dads are not going to be perfect. Men in general have one or two shortcomings that can impact one’s ability to handle all parenting situations. Some men or under emotional, some over emotional, some great at sports, and some are more intellectual. This is why it is critical for men to partner up with friend that possesses the qualities he does not. Sure you could wing it and just assume that you aren’t permanently scarring your child in more ways than you will ever know, but is it worth the risk? I mean I only have one child at the moment so I have no backup if I screw this one up. I am taking precautions to make sure he is given the best opportunities to grow up, become a strong man, and be able to support poor old mom and dad when we need out diapers changed. See you didn’t think about that did you? You want an unbalanced kid because you gave him or her some bad advice as a 4 year old and now they have the power to pull the plug on your ass? Oh I am not going to be worrying about that in 50 years…no sir!
If you don’t have a friend that can assist in these matters you can talk to your wife, but odds are as a man you will screw that up and just cause a fight. Better option throw on some MacGyver and -Team re-runs because those guys are alright!
